At Kool Kidz Coolaroo, National Pyjama Day is a cause very close to our hearts, and one we proudly support every year.
We believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, valued, and confident in their future. Sadly, many children living in foster care face significant challenges, including frequent changes in homes, schools, and support networks. These disruptions can impact their learning, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.
That is why our service is once again taking part in National Pyjama Day to support The Pyjama Foundation and the incredible work they do for children in foster care.
By wearing our pyjamas and raising funds, we are helping provide children with a dedicated Pyjama Angel, a trained volunteer mentor who offers friendship, encouragement, and support. These mentors help children build confidence, develop a love of learning, and create positive connections that can have a lasting impact on their lives.
Every donation, big or small, helps. The Pyjama Foundation recruit, screen, train, and match volunteer mentors with children who need them most.
We invite our families to join us in making a difference. Together, we can help provide children in care with opportunities to thrive, dream big, and believe in themselves.
