Many kids in care move from home to home, often changing schools and leaving behind the people and routines that help them feel safe. That kind of upheaval makes learning—and just being a kid—really tough.
That’s where The Pyjama Foundation steps in. They connect kids in care with trained mentors, known as Pyjama Angels, who visit weekly to read together, play games, help with homework, and simply show up—consistently and wholeheartedly.
These moments of connection build trust, confidence, and the belief that they can succeed, in school and in life.
