Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. For many children in foster care, however, instability and frequent changes can make it difficult to build confidence, succeed at school, and simply enjoy being a kid.
That's why the Purple Heather team is proud to be taking part in National Pyjama Day.
Today we're wearing our favourite PJs to help raise awareness and support the incredible work of The Pyjama Foundation. Through the support of dedicated volunteer mentors, known as Pyjama Angels, children in foster care receive encouragement, consistency, and someone who believes in them.
A trusted mentor can make a lasting difference, helping a child develop confidence, improve their learning, and know they are valued.
