Clean Cruising Pyjama Day

The Clean Cruising office was a little more comfortable than usual as we swapped our everyday workwear for pyjamas in support of National Pyjama Day.

Over 70 of us joined in over the course of the day, including our team and a fantastic group of trade partners who came along to help us raise funds for The Pyjama Foundation.

With dressing gowns, slippers, onesies and plenty of cosy outfits on display, the day was filled with plenty of laughs and a great sense of community. To keep everyone warm and well-fed, we also held a soups and stews cook-up, serving a delicious range of homemade dishes throughout the day.

Most importantly, the event raised an incredible $2,750 and counting for The Pyjama Foundation. These funds will help support children living in foster care by providing them with learning, life skills and mentoring opportunities through the Foundation’s Love of Learning Program.

A huge thank you to everyone who dressed up, donated, cooked, attended and helped make the day such a success. We are especially grateful to our trade partners and suppliers for joining us and getting behind such an important cause.

It was a brilliant day of comfy clothes, hearty food and generous support, all while helping make a meaningful difference for children in foster care.

By wearing our PJs and raising funds, we are helping The Pyjama Foundation give children in foster care something truly life changing: a dedicated Pyjama Angel mentor.

Your donation will help recruit, screen, train, and match a “Pyjama Angel” with a child who needs them most. These volunteer mentors do more than read books or help with homework. They build trust, confidence, and a love of learning that can change the course of a child’s life.
