At LEAD Childcare Burpengary, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, secure and supported - especially those in foster care who experience more change than any child should.
Many foster children move between homes and daycares, which can interrupt their learning, affect their confidence, and make it harder for them to thrive. But together, we can help change their story.
This year, our centre is proudly raising funds for The Pyjama Foundation, an organisation that provides incredible mentors - Pyjama Angels - to children in care. These mentors read with them, help build essential life skills and most importantly, bring stability, encouragement and joy into their lives.
As a team dedicated to nurturing children every day, this cause is especially close to our hearts. We know how powerful a consistent, caring adult can be.
On Fairy Bread Day, we invite our families, educators and community to join us in sprinkling a little magic.
